    Overcoming the Challenges of Financing Retrofit in the UK: A Pathway to Net Zero

    Rachael Owens Wales and the UK face a significant challenge in ramping up retrofit delivery to meet net zero, fuel poverty and health goals. Currently, across the UK, we retrofit around 250,000 homes per year, but to meet our targets, we need to increase this to 1.5 million homes annually by 2035.
